Guided gentle breath- body awareness meditation

Gentle breath meditation, a journey through your body. Using felt sense to tune in and to notice what is currently present. This can be a helpful practice to reconnect to your body and feel more grounded and relaxed. Disclaimer: if you have hyper tension, epilepsy, psychosis or any other severe (mental) health problem only do regular nose breathing while traveling through your inner landscape. As this is only my first trial video, sound is not perfect yet. Stay tuned for some more trauma informed, relaxing and healing practices to come.
